An AI chatbot that really knows your website
Ekit Studio integrates an AI assistant directly into your websites.
Your visitors ask questions in natural language: “Do you have a vegetarian dish for under €10?”, “Are you open on Sundays?”, “Which product suits my needs?”.
The assistant answers using your own data, and cites its sources with links to the relevant pages.
Just one line in your website
No plugin, no vector database to configure, no export.
Add {{ekassistant}} to your website template: a chat bubble appears at the bottom of every page.
You can also display it as a block on a page, change its title and welcome message, or adapt it to your website’s colors.
Answers drawn from your content, not the internet
The assistant only uses the tables you give it access to: your products, pages, FAQ, menu, and articles.
If the information isn’t in your data, it says so instead of making things up.
Every answer cites its sources, and each source links to the corresponding page on your website.
Always up to date, without lifting a finger
Changing a price, adding a product, or correcting a description?
The assistant takes it into account seconds after you save. There’s nothing to reindex or restart.
You choose what the assistant can read
For each table, you decide whether the assistant can access it and which fields it can read.
Personal data, such as an email address, is never sent by default.
A table can remain reserved for your team in Studio, without ever being visible to your website visitors.
Answers in your visitor’s language
The assistant replies in the language of the question, even if your content is written in another language.
A Japanese, Spanish, or German visitor gets an answer in their language.
Answers that appear as they’re written
Answers appear word by word, just like the AI assistants your visitors already know.
Follow-up questions work too: visitors can clarify what they’re asking without rephrasing everything.
Secure by design
No key is exposed on your pages: the widget only communicates with your own website.
Tables you haven’t opened to visitors remain inaccessible. This filter is applied by the server, never by the browser.
Questions are limited per visitor and per website to prevent abuse.
For your team and applications, too
The same assistant is available in Studio: “Ask my project” lets your team ask questions about all the tables sent to the assistant, including internal tables.
For your other websites or applications, a public API lets you ask questions from your server.
And to create your own interface, ekit.ask() gives you the answer, its sources, and an HTML version ready to display.
What you can do with it
A restaurant that answers questions about its menu and allergens.
A catalog that helps people choose the right product.
Documentation you can query instead of browsing.
A business website that answers frequently asked questions, day and night.
Create your free project, add one line to your website, and let your visitors ask their questions.
